Lydia Travelstead

A native of Baltimore, Maryland and one of the top real estate agents in the Mid-Atlantic region, Lydia Travelstead prides herself on delivering deep market expertise and strong negotiation skills to her clients.

A graduate of The Bryn Mawr School and George Washington University and a contributor to several Baltimore-area non-profit institutions — including the Greater Baltimore Medical Center — Lydia is thoughtful about delivering value to the communities in which she lives and serves. Having grown up in Baltimore and living in the northern most part of the city for over 15 years, she is knowledgeable on neighborhoods and everything Baltimore. A gifted connector, Lydia has cultivated an extensive network allowing her to successfully pair buyers and sellers.

Lydia’s diligence makes for a very seamless transition as clients navigate the everchanging landscape of the real estate market. Lydia has spent her entire career in relationship sales and her experience and expertise are an asset to any real estate transaction. Lydia currently serves as the Chair of the Merchandise committee, for the BMW Championship at Caves Valley Golf Club. Lydia can be found in the community taking fitness classes, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends. When looking for a respite, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their three children.
