Our experience with Lyn Karol was amazing. Finding and buying that perfect
house is a really hard thing to do, and Lyn helped us immensely in this process. In fact, I could say that she knew before we did which home we would fall in love with. We were new to the area, and Lyn's knowledge and expertise helped a lot. It has been 3 months since we purchased the property, and we are really happy with our decision. And Lyn is still there for us, answering questions and providing referrals to her wide network of local contacts!

Lyn helped me buy the ski retreat of my dreams in Incline Village. Then several years later when life moved on, she helped me sell it. Through both transactions, Lyn demonstrated expert knowledge of local conditions and an intuitive understanding of the personality factors. Even though my unit was one of the smaller properties in the area, I feel lucky and spoiled by Lyn's attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I am a remote buyer interested in a short sale condo.
The short sale fell through many times before Lyn and I came in, and Lyn was able to successfully get it closed with the original short sale price that was set a couple of years ago, which is pretty low under the current market.
Lyn also provided me with many local expertise and connections, including property management companies, contractor teams.
Lyn is very responsive and professional. All the documents were done via docusign which saved me lots of time.

I met Lyn online when searching for a property in Incline Village and I requested info. When we met to view properties she was extremely well prepared, with printed info on 8 properties in our price and amenity range. She took us to the Rec Center and local beaches and showed and explained the benefits of home ownership in the area. She patiently took us to all of the properties. We made an offer on one that we didn't get, but we persevered! She found a great place that wasn't on regular listings that we ended up buying. She was amazing throughout the whole inspection and close process following up on tons of details, including many that the selling agent should have been responsible for. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and always followed through on her commitments. I highly recommend Lyn! She will work hard for you from start to finish!
