When I was interviewing brokers to sell my various lots in Joshua Tree Lynda told me "Gina, I put properties into escrow to close". And that she does! Lynda's skill and advantage when working with buyers and buyers agents is an emphasis on due diligence. She has years of experience working in the Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and 29 Palms markets and has good technical resource connections to assist in this regard. I highly recommend Lynda to be your real estate broker.

And more importantly... listened to.
2 day evaluation from our initial interview.

And on the 5th day...Property found, shown, and was sold to me.

Not one problem during search, finding, and purchasing of my property.

5 years later....I will never move. No need.
