Above and Beyond Service in Every Detail and Aspect of the Selling Process. Lynda (and Team) provided us the most exceptional, above and beyond the expected service in every aspect of this process. The professionalism, wisdom, insights, decades of experience, financial/mortgage background, local roots and vast knowledge that comes with the area, the art and eye for staging and from a luxurious storehouse of options to fit your home the best, the exceptional rapport and long standing connections within the community for quick turnaround needs that arise, the prompt responses and updates on every minute detail and activity, the creatively themed open houses and the abundant advertisement and exposure for our property was all more than we could’ve imagined or expected, and brought us so much confidence and comfort through each step from start to finish! She assured frequent check ins, provided ample weekly market analysis with her insights, and communicated all angles of information and strategy, while even speaking to blindsides we weren’t aware of. She fought for us and dedicated so much quality time in person, by email, texts, and calls! From the starting walk through and initial meeting in our home, to all the in between open houses, needs, and improvements, to our closing day of assisting with and lining up transportation of last minute clean out items from our property, they covered all the bases beyond the 5 Star rating of committed, outstanding service!
