I have been an Associate Broker since 1996. I have the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) designations. (That means I have a lot of education and experience in the field, and I know what I am doing). Most importantly, I know my job is to work for you, and I love doing that!
I am licensed in Utah, and was formerly licensed in Idaho. I love education, and have additional training in real estate law, fair housing, advertising, staging homes for quick sale and real estate negotiations. I understand government relocations, and the paperwork involved. Working with first-time homeowners is one of my greatest joys.
I moved to Moab in October 2009, with my husband Michael. I have two sons, Charles and Johnathan. I love camping and skiing and recently discovered the quiet joy of water using an inflatable kayak. I hike the many trails Moab offers (often with my "grand-dogs"), bike “around town,” and spend a lot of time at South Town Gym.
I believe in giving back to my community and to others. Over the years that has included volunteering with Tiger Cubs, Boy Scouts, elementary soccer coach, hospital grant writing and fund raising, Sunday School teacher, reading with kids, the homeless of Moab, Young Life Committee Member, and many onetime causes that have captured my heart. I am currently serving my second term on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Utah Chapter of the Utah Central Association of Realtors.
I look forward to meeting and working with you.
Warm regards, Lynda
