About Lynda

As a 5th generation Atlanta native, Lynda Harris has seen Metro Atlanta grow into a world-class city while still maintaining its southern charm and hospitality. As a child, her family lived in Buckhead but as Atlanta began to grow, her Dad decided to move their family to the Dunwoody area, where her great-great granddad was one of the original settlers. You could say her roots here are very strong, and she truly loves Atlanta, her lifelong home! Now living and working in North Atlanta, she not only is familiar with neighborhoods, but also possess a deep understanding of each area and how assets like schools and location help drive value. With a professional background in sales and marketing with a previous career of over 30 years with Xerox Corporation, she has a skill set perfectly tailored to real estate. Coupled with her personal qualities of integrity, tenacity and passion for service, the result is a dedicated professional who works to anticipate the needs and expectations of her clients and to exceed them.

In 2012, Lynda took an early retirement from Xerox Corporation and she began to consider what she wanted to do in the next phase of my life. She knew that she wanted to stay in sales. Her introduction to real estate came at an early age as she has fond memories of accompanying her real estate broker grandparents as they held open houses. Knowing that sales and real estate are in her blood, along with encouragement from friends and family who knew her well, helped her to make the move into a new career in real estate, her new passion! Now, she can honestly say, If she had known she would love real estate this much, she would have done it sooner!

Being in real estate for a few years, Lynda’s business has been built on personal relationships and personal referrals. Much of her business has been with first-time homebuyers, and empty nester clients who are making a life transition by downsizing or moving to a vacation/retirement home. Her specialty is in negotiating for her clients, staying on top of the selling or buying process through every step of the sale and giving them assurance and peace of mind throughout the process. It has been her sincere pleasure to assist her clients with the utmost care in making such a major life decision. Lynda lives by the motto that she gives her clients million-dollar marketing for homes in all price ranges! In working with Lynda, you are more than a client, you are a neighbor and a friend!

Lynda is a graduate of the University of Georgia, a member of the Atlanta Junior League, Atlanta Alpha Alumni of Zeta Tau Alpha, Atlanta Black Tie and North Point Community Church.
