We are one of the lucky ones to have met Lyndi and worked with her on finding our first home. Even though we did not make it easy on her by being out of the country with a 9 hour time difference while looking for a house. Lyndi made the whole process so easy on us and so seamless. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the quality of build and would tell you straight up what she thinks of something. Her honesty and hard work is what makes her the BEST realtor to work with.

We could not be happier with Lyndi
We thought the process of selling our house was going to be a huge challenge for us but she really made things very easy.
She was always on her game and explained everything to us in detail. She was always available for us if we had questions. I have bought and sold many homes and used many Realtors and without a single doubt Lyndi is the absolute best.
She is such a pleasure to work with and was ready to handle any obstacles that came our way and we had quite a few.

You won't regret finding your home with Lyndi. We were in contact with Lyndi years before seriously looking for a home, and she picked up the phone without hesitation when we were finally ready to look. Fast forward a year and a half, after looking at countless homes in an incredibly difficult market, we found the one. Lyndi was fantastic to work with. She is a great communicator and worked very hard to help me fulfill my home ownership goals. She took the time to get to know my needs and wants in a home and was very thorough to try to get me placed in a home that matched my priorities. She is very knowledgeable about market trends and issues to look out for in homes. Despite this being an incredibly fast paced and intense housing market, she was always available and looked out for my interests. She somehow helped me find a home I am happy with and can afford, which felt like a miracle in this housing market!

I was also working with her from out of state for the majority of the time, but she handled the added complications smoothly! Lyndi was fantastic to work with!! I initially met with Lyndi more than a year prior to listing our home for sale. During our initial meeting, I consulted Lyndi on which tasks we should focus on completing to prepare our home. Lyndi provided sound advice on what to do, and more importantly what NOT to do. Over the course of the year, we reached out to her for advice several topics, from paint color choices to referrals for reputable contractors. Each and every time I contacted her, she responded immediately and provided us with the exact direction we needed. Lyndi was such an amazing realtor. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone. She's very knowledgeable, and will always look for something in your best interest, but also won't let you settle for just anything. She always looks for the best houses, down to the bones! I was looking for a house through this pandemic, which was really rough. I'd been in contract a few times more than I'd like to have been due to some rough inspections. If it wasn't for lyndi's drive and determination to find me THE HOUSE.. I would've missed out on the best thing that's happened to me. Finally, we've found a beautiful house that has everything I need and more. Lyndi is such a sweet, caring and hard working woman. Realtors are seemingly a dime a dozen anymore so while it's fairly easy to find one, it's nearly impossible to know what value you're getting until you've already signed. Having worked with Lyndi many years ago, I knew that her knowledge and network would be a huge help in this crazy market; she did not disappoint.

Lyndi was able to help guide us through purchasing our new home and all of the many situations that arise through negotiations/inspections, plus turn right around to give us the necessary advice on selling our home. It sold in 1 day with multiple offers that she talked us through in detail, providing all of the necessary direction along the way. Buying/selling is not an easy process so having a professional advocate on your side is essential.

Short version, you won't find a better realtor.
