About Lynelle

After 20 years in the high end retail business Lynelle decided to launch her real estate career in January of 2006 with Century 21 Lanza Realty helping others buy, sell and invest in real estate in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties, NY. Within two years of obtaining her salesperson's license Lynelle earned her associate broker license along with several designations including ABR,CRS,CNE,GRI,NAR's GREEN,SRES, Short Sale, just to name a few. In 2009 after being in business for only three years Lynelle won the OCAR Bronze Award along with the Bronze award for Century 21 Realty and several other awards throughout the years. In June of 2014 Lynelle joined Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United and within 6 months of being associated with the number one real estate company in the North East she attained the Bronze Award at Keller Williams Realty for the Tri-State Region. She has won the bronze, silver, gold and double gold in the past and has most recently been awarded the Real Trends America's Best award for landing in the top 1.5% of 1.6M Real Estate Professionals in the U.S. for 2021, and 2022. In 2015 she obtained her PA license. She is a full time not a part time realtor and that is important.
