Lynelle knows the Clark County Real Estate Market! She fell in love with the Northwest in 2001 and bought a home in Vancouver. For the last 19 years, she studied this market. She knows the schools, the restaurants, the parks, and the neighborhoods. She loves this area, from Cottonwood Beach in Washougal, to the Camas Meadows Golf Course, to the Vancouver Waterfront, and the Clark County Fairgrounds in Ridgefield.

She and her husband Steve are alumni of Brigham Young University, where they met. Their greatest joy has been raising their four children, three of which are grown and in college, and the fourth a teenage daughter. They are active in our faith and have loved volunteering their time in their church community and in the schools. She especially loved using her background in dance and has been able to teach dance and choreograph several high school musicals.
