Lynn Affleck

I was born and raised in the Yakima Valley. My family farmed apples and grapes in the Prosser area and instilled their strong work ethic into me. I have a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Washington University; specializing in medical speech pathology. Prior to my obtaining my Realtor license in 2002, I worked full-time in the medical field.Service and commitment to my clients have been my goals for over 19 years. I work in all price ranges, therefore whether buying or selling a home - your needs are my focus. I take the time to educate my buyers and sellers on the entire process from start to finish. I have a comprehensive and strong team of professionals (mortgage lenders, escrow agents, insurance agents, contractors etc) to assist my clients with valuable resources needed to sell or purchase their home. I feel that empowering my clients with pertinent knowledge is a vital component throughout a transaction.
