Lynn and Harris Berger have been providing exceptional, personally tailored service to their clients for over 25 years. As Main Line specialists, they have guided generations of clients toward achieving their real estate goals.

Lynn and Harris are known for their expertise and knowledge, honesty and personalities, and, above all else, their aggressive efforts that serve the client’s best interests. Their business is mostly by referral, by their satisfied clients that trust them, and hold them in the highest regard.

They specialize in both residential and commercial real estate in the Main Line, and surrounding areas.

Lynn began in real estate sales in 1976, where she quickly earned her reputation for excellence. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1980, and opened the doors to her own agency, Location Realty, located in Bala Cynwyd. After several years of steady growth, Harris then joined Lynn in 1986, and over the next twenty years, the business grew to a team of several sales associates.

Harris is no stranger to entrepreneurship, or customer service. Prior to joining Lynn in their family business, he owned and managed his family’s merchandising business in Philadelphia. With a strong marketing sense,he brings a keen insight into real estate market trends and emerging markets. Harris offers innovative perspectives and strategies, which clients have profited from repeatedly.

Lynn and Harris know the Main Line. Both born in the Philly area, they have lived here all their lives. Lynn was raised and educated in Penn Valley, where she and Harris raised their children.

The business of real estate was changing, and real estate agencies began to merge. In 2004 the Berger’s were courted to join forces by several premier agencies in the Main LIne area. After careful consideration, Lynn and Harris chose to bring their special brand of service to Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. In November 2013 Prudential Fox Roach was re-branded as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors, a Warren Buffet subsidiary. .
