Lynn Colligan made buying my first home as easy as it could possibly be. He was, throughout the transaction, super helpful and attentive. He helped explain all the details from start to finish. He worked with us day and night, and on weekends and holidays. I never felt there was need to question Lynn’s advice. All in all, working with Lynn was pleasant.

We worked with Lynn Colligan to find our new home and couldn’t have been happier. He assisted us every step of the way, from putting together a competitive offer, through settlement and afterwards. He always responded quickly to phone calls, emails, and texts. His background in construction and old homes was particularly helpful - he provided us with expert guidance and opinions, including referrals for the home inspection and the termite inspection. He knows the area well and is a wealth of knowledge with regard to repair people. His easygoing manner enables him to interact well with other realtors and attorneys. All in all, Lynn is a “pro’s pro” who really excels at his craft. Extremely highly recommended!

Lynn is a very hands on and involved Realtor. Personable, and a gentleman, he has helped me to prepare the property for sale with not only suggestions, but getting me the right help at the right time.

I am out of town but feel like a “ local” to Lynn. I would recommend him to anyone interested in the New Bern/Oriental/Havelock area.

Lynn Colligan is so gracious with his time. In addition to showing properties, he keeps an eye on properties that recently listed he thinks we would be interested in. He's also provided us with comps and actual selling prices of nearby properties to help us make decisions. He works with a wonderful group of realtors. We highly recommend Lynn.

Lynn has been incredibly pleasant, helpful, low-key and above all a true professional. We consider ourselves to be very lucky to have Lynn representing our interests in our “remote” real estate search and soon-to-be-closed, purchase.
