LYNN GARAFOLA, Leader of Team Nest Builder, is a consistent top ranked New Jersey residential real estate Broker/Salesperson having helped over 450 buyers and sellers close over 250 million in real estate transactions during her 28 year career. Lynn and Team Nest Builder list and sell residential properties in the northwestern NJ "Skylands Region", which includes all towns in Morris and Sussex counties, and the nearby towns in the surrounding counties. The team consistently ranks in the top 2% of agents in the 8,000+ member Garden State Multiple Listing Service area.

Team Nest Builder is a full service and tech savvy team of client service focused real estate sales professionals. Together, they offer energy, enthusiasm, expertise and personal and professional integrity to their clients. And Lynn and her team are also known for giving their buyers and sellers a boutique-like service experience from 1st meeting through the closing of their purchase or sale.

Lynn is the Team Listing Specialist and Manager, and the Relocation Specialist, while her husband and partner, Glenn Garafola, serves at the Client Care Manager and Buyer's Specialist. There are also four NJ licensed full-time Sales Associates and three support specialists on the team along with many long-tenured service partners currently rounding out the team roster.
