Lynn, a Chappaqua resident since 1999, born in NYC and raised in Westchester, is very knowledgeable about the county. A licensed realtor since 1987, Lynn has listed and sold properties in NYC and Westchester, has extensive relocation and investment experience and is a Certified Buyer Representative. Lynn is the President of Harmony Marketing Inc., providing real estate consulting to individuals, banks and other corporations, focused on property acquisition and analysis. She is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, and is especially interested in property valuation and preparing a house for sale with a focus on maximizing value. Prior to returning to Westchester in 1989, she lived in Manhattan, California, Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, and abroad in Madrid and Paris. Lynn applies skills from over 20 years of corporate experience in international and national sales management in service to her customers' negotiations. A graduate of Duke University with degrees in French and Zoology, she has an MS in Bioorganic Chemistry from New York University.
