I would highly recommend Lynn. I was faced with selling my father’s home after he passed and I live out of town. I was worried about having to do everything remotely and almost let the house go into foreclosure. Thank goodness Lynn talked me into going through with selling it and I couldn’t be happier. He was professional and very helpful. He updated me every step of the way and took all the stress and worry away with his knowledge and quickness of what needed to be done. Within just a month he had a buyer and the process is already done. He took care of all the small things like winterizing the home, to the big things like getting me in touch with a lawyer to open the estate. I’m so thankful I had him as my realtor through this rough time. He made the process easy, fast and he got me a lot more than it was priced for.

My Wife and I, who live in Los Angeles, have worked with Lynn Leaders for the last approximately 7 months looking for a home in Southwestern Iowa, close to our 2 daughters and our grandchildren. Having lived in an asphalt jungle for way too many years, we were looking for a country home with some acreage for privacy, that we could afford. Lynn was absolutely responsive to meet or eldest daughter, her husband and our grandson at a moments notice ,so they could survey the homes , take videos and we could try and come to some kind of conclusion. This was definitely extraordinary circumstances and Lynn always responded at the drop of a hat, as the homes we looked at were taken off the market in an unusually fast manner. We were after all these months , able to complete our journey with great success, and I would highly recommend Lynn Leaders to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property. you will not only be treated professionally by an agent with vast knowledge and many years in the business, you will be treated like an old friend, who has your best interest at heart. Over the last 10 years I have bought and sold several houses. Lynn Leaders has always sold the house quickly and for the asking price. Several have sold to the first person that looked at them.
