Lynn LeCours helped my husband and I find our first home. Despite how picky we were in terms of location, budget, and pretty much all our house requirements, Lynn worked with us tirelessly and happily for the better part of a year until we found the right match. We found her through random chance but wouln't have any other realtor now, (even if that meant slightly offending a realtor friend of the family- oops!) because she really listened to what we needed and never treated it as unrealistic, had such a friendly and down-to-earth way about her, and never tried to pressure us into anything. When it came down to the bidding process she gave us invaluable direction that we wouldn't have known otherwise, and her communication was always professional and prompt. We wish more of our friends needed houses so we could recommend her to all of them! I can't speak highly enough of her.
