About Lynn

Many of Lynn's immediate and extended family members are law enforcement professionals, first responders, and members of our military (both present and retired). She has a strong affiliation and respect for those that serve. She believes they are the true heroes of our great nation. Lynn herself had a successful career in law enforcement with L.A. County Sheriff Department prior to becoming a Realtor.


One of Lynn's specialties is equestrian properties. She was raised in a Quarter Horse family and gained the utmost respect and unwavering love for these majestic creatures and the environments in which they thrive. Understanding the function and value of equestrian property/amenities was gained through years of hands-on experience and is key to representing an equestrian property.


Another specialty area of Lynn's is relocation. Moving is stressful regardless of how far the move is. Lynn is passionate about making sure her clients transition is as seamless as possible. She does whatever she can to lighten the load for her clients. She makes certain they are familiar with where to find daily necessities, the best recreational areas, and one of the most important- "local" spots outsiders don't know about.


Lynn and her husband have been real estate investors for many years. Her personal and professional experience with buying, selling, building, developing, designing, remodeling and property management prove helpful to her clients whether buying or selling.

Lynn was fabulous to work with, in what was, and still is, a challenging real estate market. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and market. Lynn is patient, a good listener, well-connected, and she applied absolutely no pressure for us to purchase. In fact, she talked us OUT of several properties because of flaws she perceived as incompatible to our property needs.

Ethical, resourceful, creative, smart, experienced, responsive and just a charming person - ALL qualities one needs in their real estate broker to make the largest purchase in their life! Without a doubt, she made our nearly 2-year property search tolerable and way less frustrating. My husband and I highly recommend Lynn Moreno to be your broker.
