Lynne's dedication and expertise made our dream come true in purchasing a home. She was courteous, responsive, and always acted in our best interests. In spite of us not being able to view homes in person, she drove all over the greater Eugene area and beyond to provide virtual walkthroughs, neighborhood tours, and offer honest feedback.

We stumbled upon Lynne after wanting to look at a home we were interested in and couldn’t be more thankful we did. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable, especially for first-time home-buyers like us. Her guidance and help was very much appreciated. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made this process incredibly easy and stress free. Lynne is an unbelievable communicator. She does an excellent job making sure you understand the process of buying or selling, important deadlines and makes sure that there are no unexpected issues with the closing. Lynne has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely professional and detailed. Buying a new home can and is stressful, but Lynne has made it as stress-free as possible. My family is buying from out of state and Lynne has been great about doing her own virtual walk tours for us. You can also see that she has an in depth knowledge of the areas she works in from years of personal and professional experience.

In the past 40 years, we've bought and sold maybe ten houses — yes, that means twenty transactions and quite a few different agents. Most of the Realtors have ultimately proved disappointing. Not Lynne. She impressed us from the beginning with her thorough media knowledge, from internet listings and websites, to professional-quality still photographs and fairly- amazing video. But better than that, her attention to detail. She is an adept communicator, one of few agents who checked in a lot, never leaving us to wonder what was going on with our deal. And she "sweats" the small stuff, the kinds of details that others can't seem to be bothered with. Would we use her again? In a heartbeat. Would we recommend her to you and to others? We are! Call Lynne.

Lynne was the most incredible agent you could ask for. She was always on the ball and working on our side in the home buying process. We were trying to buy our home from across the country and she made the process seamless and stress free. We honestly could not have gotten into a home without her! She kept us informed of what was going on, immediately responded to all of our texts, phone calls, and emails. And even now that we are done with the process and have closed on our beautiful home she has still been helping us out with learning the area and the great spots to play and shop etc. I would recommend her 1,000 times over.

She was available to us during the holiday season, negotiated any repairs that we requested, answered all of our questions about the area, referred us to local businesses that are as reliable as she and I.
