Lynne Norris is an experienced and easy to work with realtor, she made the whole experience easier as selling and buying a new home is very stressful, we could not have made it through with out her. She took her time and explained things to us, willing to work around our schedules, and was always checking in. She went above and beyond what most realtors would have done, for example bringing a print from her home that she thought would help with the staging of our home. She is so knowledgeable about the real estate market and has such an easy going personality, we feel like so lucky to have found her. Also have to mention her staff and especially her assistant Betsy, who were always there for questions or help with paperwork or those issues that needed to be completed in a timely manner. We would not use anyone else for selling or buying a new home!!!

I entered the process of both selling and then buying a new home with much anxiety. Lynne Norris made the process much less stressful than I imagined and helped keep me both calm and optimistic throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most about Lynne was her knowledge base, dedication and unwavering professionalism. Lynne is a very busy agent, but when we spoke or met she made me feel like I was her only client! She was always very patient with all my questions and also very responsive and accessible. Her insight into the real estate market was invaluable. Her suggestions for improvements and staging before placing my house on the market helped me sell at a price higher than I had anticipated. I'm a people person too, so I wanted to actually like my agent. I couldn't have been more thrilled than with my choice of Lynne Norris. I truly enjoyed working with Lynne and trust her implicitly!

My husband I are were looking to buy our first house and Lynne came highly recommended by a friend. Within 10 days of meeting her, our offer was accepted. Working with Lynne was extremely easy. She made sure we followed all timelines, provided excellent outside vendors (inspectors, general contractors, etc.), was very responsive to our emails/calls, and made the entire process a very positive experience.
