Lynne helped my husband and I list and sell a home in Newport News, VA. We live out of state and knew that we would need to rely heavily on an agent to help coordinate all aspects of the sale. Lynne Sheppard professional work ethic is unmatched. When she tells you she will work and go to war for you to get you what you want and need, she means it. She was honest from the beginning and to the end and was always available to talk or inform you of the lasted news as soon a she receives it. She works her heart out to make sure your numbers look right and your happy at the end of the day. In my experience, I would call her a gladiator of the real estate world with her work ethic. Im completely happy with her performance and would recommend her to everyone if your trying to sell or buy a house.

Thankful for Lynne Sheppard everyday. You may think I am biased because she is my wife but she take's as good a care of every client she has as she does of me. After suffering the tragic loss of my father and step mother, Lynne had their house on the market, under contract and closed in 4 months. Not to mention at 10's of thousands over asking price. I am blessed to have had her by my side thru this whole experience.

Lynne sets the bar for all realtors. She's dedicated, tenacious, and very responsive. We used Lynne for a sale and a purchase of two homes. She got our house sold and appraised higher than our previous realtor said our house should sell at. She's so good with numbers that another appraiser called her for another property within my neighborhood because he was having trouble getting the appraisal to the sale price. She also caught errors on our closing docs on both sale and purchase. She did so much for us and kept on a unresponsive seller's realtor to ensure we closed on time. I can't recommend her enough. You want her working for you especially if it gets rough or an appraisal comes back low. She saves the day.

We all know purchasing and looking for a home can be very stressful this young lady took all of that burden off of me and made this process as smooth as possible with little so no stress on my end I could not have done this without her and so grateful to know her as a realtor as a client and as a friend.
