Lyon Gegenheimer is focused on the Austin metro and Rio Grande Valley residential and commercial real estate investment markets. Lyon graduated from UT Architecture School in 1996. Having a background in Architecture, he is very experienced in structures, differing building practices and characteristics of properties built throughout the decades. Lyon often works with clients that are design-building new construction architectural products, or who plan to remodel existing structures. Good bones and the insight to see future possibilities within a structure is key to his practice. His experience includes a solid base knowledge of Austin and McAllen Area neighborhoods and their specific build dates. Lyon has personally renovated or rehabilitated 7 properties, and has a list of contractors and tradesmen that he can recommend to his clients at any point during or after the real estate acquisition. Lyon is designated as an ABR, being an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and a CNE, Certified Negotiations Expert.
