Chris is licensed to sell in both New Jersey and upstate New York. She holds national designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a certification as a Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA). She is known for her confident, hard-working and patient personality. Her close attention to detail, strong communication, organizational skills and sense of humor make her a popular sales associate. These critical skills were gained from her years working as a paralegal and carry over seamlessly as a full-time sales associate. "I especially enjoy helping sellers and buyers get to their next chapter in life. I appreciate being a part of the process and teaching them along the way." Chris often partners with her mother, Molly Tonero, who has been a top Realtor in the Bernardsville area for more than 40 years.

The mother of two grown children, Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family on Lake George, New York as time allows. She frequents Saratoga Springs during the summer months and owns investment property in upstate New York. As someone who has always owned a dog, her "grand puppy" Bentley has a special place in her heart. Chris volunteers for Home for Good Dog Rescue to ensure less fortunate dogs find their forever home. Additionally, Chris is a member of the NCJAR Professional Standards committe.

Born in Ithaca, New York, Chris grew up in Morris and Hunterdon counties. Chris also lived in Provence, France and attended school in London. She holds an undergraduate degree from James Madison University and a master's degree from the State University of New York in Albany.
