Gail did a tremendous job for us. I have recommended her services to all my friends on social media. I recommend you use her too. She's very knowledgeable and her expertise was invaluable to my wife and I. When we were undecided on what type of house we wanted (turn key ready or a fixer upper)she was patient with us. We had a long search in this sellers market. She was writing offers for us early in the morning or late at night. She is willing to stop what she's doing with her family to show you a house. Her laser focus helped us get a house that I never envisioned us owning. We got it for a great price and moved in with equity. Even the seller's agent told her that he had higher offers for our house but took ours because the way our offer was written and presented was impressive to him and his client.

Thank you Gail for helping us find the home of our dreams. We look forward to passing this gem down to our children and their children. Thank God for you and Phenomenal Properties

Gail is an amazing person, woman and Realtor. There are plenty of Realtors out there to shop with,, but not like her. She is attentive, knowledgeable, professional and fun to shop with. So thankful to have been able to work with her and her team.

Gail deserves a 1000 stars. Five stars isn't enough to show my love and appreciation. I am a first time home buyer. Gail made my experience a cake walk. She fought for me and my family all way to the end. She always gave me her honest opinion and always had my family best interest at heart. When me and my family went to view homes, she was always punctual, and showed us the best houses on the market. If I needed to speak with her regarding my concerns, or had a question, she was always a phone call away. Gail came to our closing. Stayed there until we received our keys. She even helped me with measurements at my new home after closing. If anyone is looking for a realtor that's genuine, who values family, passionate about helping others, punctual, consistent, and who will fight for you. Gail is your girl.

Gail was a tremendous help for me in purchasing my first property in the middle of a pandemic! She walked me through each part of the process, was incredibly attentive and responsive. She had my back as I had to navigate the stress of bidding on some very properly properties. Gail is incredibly professional, patient, empathetic and kind. She's a phenomenal person to work with.
