I'm a licensed real estate broker who takes a comprehensive approach to servicing my clients, fully understanding the importance of finding the right property that best fits the client's lifestyle, family, current and future goals. I have degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Concord Law School, and the University of Colorado.

I started in the business as a real estate investor myself. Having the mindset of an investor helps me understand the viewpoint of my clients as home owners, investors, and developers. My clients appreciate that I have a unique background in engineering, finance, and law - my perspective on the many successful transactions I do for my clients. In addition to my experience in the residential markets of Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Somerville, I also have extensive experience with business transactions. I'm a former technology management consultant and investment banker, having worked all over the US, parts of Asia, and Europe. I am also an avid athlete (rower, boxer, ice hockey, ski, volleyball), a certified scuba diver and have even gone sky diving, although I am a golfing hacker. You'll often find me listening to NPR or watching CNN or CNBC for business and financial market news.

HOW DOES ALL THAT RELATE TO HELPING YOU FIND A HOME? My Engineering background helps me understand the underpinnings of how things (inside/outside a home/building) works - my financial background helps me help you traverse the complex world of real estate finance (do you know the difference between warrantable and non-warrantable condos? you will need to if you plan to purchase a condo - I can explain it) - my legal background can help you avoid some painful and expensive mistakes.
