My husband and I moved back to the states after being stationed overseas and we knew we would be relocating to the Mechanicsburg area. We also knew that we wanted to not be in a HOA and wanted to have land so my husband could build his workshop. At the time (July 2023) there was not much home inventory, so we would either find a house and it would go pending the next day before we could view it or the lot would be wonky when we saw it in person. Mackensie suggested we look outside of the Mechanicsburg area, and I am so glad that we did. Mackensie found us the perfect forever home on a gorgeous 5+ acres in northern York County and the asking price was less than the budget we set. I am extremely pleased with the home Mackensie found for us.
Mackensie is a real gem to work with. She truly is a delightful person and an amazing real estate agent. Even when we had a few issues with getting to closing (sellers and then a bunch of repairs/inspections required for the VA loan), every time something came up, she jumped into action and helped us take care of it. Mackensie kept the lines of communication open (texting, calling, and emailing). She listened to our opinions and treated us not like we were her clients, but more like friends she had not seen for a while. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further than Mackensie Greene. You will be glad that you did.

I started working with her 2 years ago. Its been a hard market to try and buy in at the moment but shes the best. Excellent at communicating, extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. She genuinely wants you in your forever home and has very good judgment in housing prices and values. Always quick to answer her phone. Mackenzie aims to make sure when you sell a home it ll look great and when you buy it, youre gonna know every detail about it. I know this may seem like one of those ridiculously optimistic reviews but its genuine and if youre reading this, trust me shes your realtor.

MacKenzie is literally the best. She never let us settle. She picked up her phone whenever we had a question. Even though she had other clients it felt like we were always a priority. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
