I couldn't recommend Mackenzie higher! Our original meeting with Mackenzie was two years before we ended up closing on our house. She counseled us on what we would need to do to get our credit and finances in the right shape and stuck with us over the time it took us to get there. When we were finally pre-approved Mackenzie was locked in responding to your inquiries, taking us on tours and talking through offer letters with an ideal balance of personal care and professionalism. We ended up finding a great house for our family and Mackenzie helped us craft a winning offer. We had an excellent experience with Mackenzie and we hope you do too.

Mackenzie Owens was instrumental in helping us purchase our dream home in South Minneapolis during a particularly stressful time in the housing market this year. We were so impressed by the incredible breadth of knowledge she has of the homebuying process, and market in the Twin Cities, especially for first-time buyers. She supported us through every step of the process and was available at all days and times when we needed her -- super responsive, informed and just an overall joy to work with. She scheduled a walk-through of our house on the first day the house went on the market, regularly talked with the seller's relator throughout the process, and helped us make an offer in less than 12 hours after the walk through. We also appreciated Mackenzie's ability to meet us just where we were at (financially and in terms of our house preferences) and also guide us to finding the best options for us. She is literally the best relator and buyer's advocate in town, and I highly encourage those seeking a new home to work with Mackenzie.

I knew I wanted to work with Mackenzie long before we were looking for a house. As a self-employed artist and designer, it was important to me that our realtor was familiar with some of the spatial + financial needs that come along with that type of work, and as an Asian-American, it was super important to me to work with a fellow woman of color while on our homebuying journey. Mackenzie is super thoughtful, and was very attentive to my partner and I's wish list when looking for properties. She was really responsive and supportive while we navigated the crazy market of spring 2021.
