I can't say enough about my amazing experience working with Madeline. Although my real estate transaction was pretty straightforward (condo sale), my personal situation around the sale was complicated and Madeline truly went above and beyond to help me even in areas that didn't directly relate to my sale. When I purchased my property more than 10 years ago, I came away from the transaction feeling like I'd been pressured to agree to things I didn't really understand & I felt taken advantage of. I only wish I knew Madeline then, as she very patiently and thoroughly explained every aspect of the process to me (sometimes more than once), listened to my concerns and needs and made it all work. Madeline was super responsive and made herself available to me whenever I had a question or issue, with the utmost professionalism. I'm not planning to make a real estate purchase in the near future, but if/when I do, I'll definitely be calling Madeline!

I have known Madaline- now for about 25 years. That long ago is when I was going to put my house on the market but decided not to. Fast forward she was instrumental and helping in eating me every step of the way and selling my house this past September. She goes over and beyond the call of duty to make sure the deal Go smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about her other than she is definitely your number one person if you were interested in buying or selling on Long Island.
