In her previous career as a teacher, Madeline excelled in taking complex subjects, breaking them down into smaller, easily digestible chunks of subject matter and presenting them to her students in an engaging manner - often fostering lively discussions. She understood her audience and did not want to preach to the choir but rather offer an engaging educational environment that her students would not only enjoy but they would learn, become more knowledgeable and feel confident in their newfound knowledge and apply it to real life situations. Many students remain in contact with her because she truly left an imprint on each student and they want to keep her updated on their lives post-school.

My husband and I, along with our three kids, needed to buy a house at a difficult time of low inventory and high mortgage rates. We were on a pretty short timeline and it was also a very busy time of our life, when we couldn't put as time into the process as we would have liked. I don't think we could have done it without Madeline. She was patient with us and was always working for us behind the scenes even when we didn't know she was. She was knowledgeable and answered our questions. She was always available for us, even writing an offer until late at night to make sure our offer got looked at first. She was on top of what needed to be done to make sure that nothing fell through the cracks, covering for us when we were too busy. She helped us get the best financing we could get, again at a time when rates were going crazy. On top of all this, she is a kind and good person. We started out knowing her as our Realtor and we ended the process happy to say she is now a good friend. I highly recommend Madeline. She was a bright light for us during a dark time in our lives. We are (literally) in a better place because of what she did for us and our family.

I would like to publicly thank Madeline Jones for all the time she spent trying to help us to find our dream home. We met Madeline by chance at a Open House. It was our first day of exploring our different options in what we might want if we decided to move. By exploring, I mean we were not sure even if we wanted a home in PA, or NJ. After researching many homes for us( things like who owned the woods behind the house...what year was the stucco put on the house, etc..), we ended up, with her help late on a Friday evening, putting in a bid for a home in South Jersey. Unfortunately, that house fell through. We ended up buying a house in North Jersey, out of her area. Though Madeline did not get our commission, she continued to support us, and was truly happy that we were able to find something that made us happy. Through the whole process we found Madeline, professional, thorough, detail oriented, patient, and pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that needs a Realtor in the Bucks County, PA area, or Burlington County, NJ area. It was a pleasure working with her, and getting to know her. Let me start from the beginning…

Seller’s market. In no other time would we have been able to make so much money off our home. Decided to sell even though it was a challenging time to buy…

We enlisted Madeline Jones as our realtor. The very next day, Madeline dropped off a folder that was loaded with research documents and other forms needed in order to list the home. I am still smiling about all the work Madeline had done for us within 24 hours and the special thank you note placed within the folder that thanked us for choosing her!

Madeline was honest, professional, kind, thoughtful, active listener and completely on her “A” game. We met with Madeline and she helped us fill out the paperwork and came up with a figure to list the house. Madeline helped us stage our home and had the absolute best photographer photograph our home for the MLS listing!!! Madeline also suggested a wonderful handyman to help us fix some things in the home prior to listing it. Finding a good handyman is PRICELESS and Madeline handed him right to us!!!

Then, we had unforeseen problems with the house. We had open permits that we did not know about. Madeline found solutions to every hiccup that occurred during the sale of the home. Madeline’s brain was on overdrive and she met every obstacle with a final victory. I honestly have no idea how she managed to problem solve so quickly, accurately and with integrity. Madeline would also make an excellent lawyer!!!

After the home was listed and during a snow storm, we had competing offers on the house within 3 days! My husband and I agreed on an offer day 3. That was amazing. Now, we had a bit of a time crunch to find a new house. Madeline had solutions for that too as she was knowledgeable about closing options. Thank goodness!!! We definitely needed to buy some time.

Then, it was time to look for a new home. Madeline was fabulous with being available, sending possible listings for us to view, and for making us laugh during the challenging process. We made a couple offers and found ourselves out bid. This was a tough market with so few houses on the market and many buyers who are paying cash with no inspections. We had a home contingency. We needed to sell the home in order to buy a new one. Madeline did not even flinch. She knew we would find a place. Not only did Madeline find the place that we are now living in, but managed to find ways to save us even more money with moving back the closing date (on our home we sold), figuring out a way to forgo the leaseback payment, and more!!

The closing for our new home was smooth. Everything was in perfect order. After we closed on this new home, Madeline was so thoughtful and sent us dinner in our new home and wine (for me). I am smiling from ear to ear just writing this review. Yes, there were hiccups with my previous home. Madeline found solutions. There were hiccups with purchasing a new home. Madeline found solutions. There were better alternatives found when there weren’t any hiccups. The intelligence this realtor Madeline Jone’s exudes is outstanding!!

Honest. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thoughtful. Kind. Great sense of humor to boot!!

I knew from the moment I spoke with Madeline about listing my home that she would get the job done. Even before officially contracting with Madeline, she willingly provided advice as to the logistics of our listing and a punch list for making our home listing ready. An added bonus was her ability to recommend various service professionals for some of the work we needed to perform prior to listing, which was super helpful during these particular times when it seems difficult to lock in contractors for handy work. Our listing and sale process was very quick and smooth and I do believe it was Madeline's connections that once again got us an attractive offer within a day of listing our property. Madeline came highly recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law. My husband and I were looking to purchase a retirement home so we provided a description of what we were looking for. While in town visiting for a week, Madeline worked tirelessly to show us a number of listings that met our criteria. She was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We were able to select a place we liked at the end of only one week before heading home. Since we currently live out of state, she helped us throughout the negotiation process and it was accomplished just a couple of days after we returned home. Once all the details were agreed upon, we were able to close in 30 days. She also gave us recommendations for home inspectors and a mortgage company that she trusts. There was one issue identified by the home inspector and Madeline helped us address the issue to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Madeline if anyone needs to sell or purchase a home!
