Raised in India and educated in both India and U.S. Mita and her husband, a first-generation immigrant couple, built a successful family and professional life from scratch. They lived in different townships in New York and New Jersey and became close to people from all different socio-economic background. Mita has the unique quality to interact with people on a personal level with a focus on developing strong relationships. Home buying is exciting and an extremely stressful process as many factors has to be considered such as location, school system, a suitable friendly neighborhood as well as financial aspect of it. As a former High School teacher, and an Assessment Specialist, Mita can patiently work with clients to make this stressful, complicated process manageable, successful, seamless and stress free. Her teaching and corporate experience makes her a very patient listener, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and a very well-organized real estate professional who thrives in very high-pressure, high-stakes environments. It took the over 20 years for Mita and her husband to own their home – this makes her very passionate about other people’s dream about becoming a home-owner and is dedicated to make it come true. Currently Mita lives in Morganville, New Jersey. When she’s not running around town, you can find Mita at home with her husband, Tarun, and their super-cute cats, Benny and Kara. Mita enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies, hiking, bird watching and her latest passion is growing orchids.
