Madisen is the most caring, kind-hearted and knowledgeable professional I’ve ever worked with in any capacity. Home buying is a stressful process, but Madisen literally guides you thru the entire buying process. She is by far the greatest advocate a seller or buyer can have in their corner. In fact the entire team at Apple was willing to help and give expert advice. Madisen, in particular will answer any question you have and if, on the rare occasion you have to leave a message, she will literally text you about what’s going on with the home buy and call you back within the hour. That being said, she is far and away the most responsive realtor I’ve worked with. Even the “thought” of selling the home we raised our family came with so much emotion and potential stress. Upon our first meeting with Madisen at Apple Realty, it was evident that she loves her job and would give no less than 💯. The moment she accepted our listing, she and her team took over EVERYTHING!
Many tend to look at commission rates when selecting a realtor. We used to do the same. What really matters is the Value of Professional Knowledge, Suggestions, Staging Credentials, Marketing, Availability, as well as knowledge of the community etc. Honestly, those assets just begin to describe our experience.

Madisen is over the top, as good as it gets! She literally got our house ready and listed within 48 hours and had the best possible offer with the first showing.(This was in August 2020 before the market went crazy.) She had our back on every little thing! Need a new lock installed? “No problem, I’ll send Darren over to fix it!” 😜
We found the perfect house in the perfect spot and put in an offer, putting us in contingency, which at first we thought there was no way we could pull it off. Madisen blew us away and was so patient during what should have been a nightmare!
If you’re looking for organized and extremely professional, look no further! I will never use anyone else nor recommend anyone else. She has grown up in this business and learned from the best, her work definitely proves it.

She’s always available and will do anything and everything to make sure you’re happy and taken care of.
