As MODUS expands into new markets, Madison is a Managing Partner & Co-Owner of MODUS Austin alongside her business partners Lawrence Pritchett and Phillip Chang, and continues to partner with Matt Meldrum in Denver. In addition to her work at MODUS Real Estate, Madison is also the co-founder of Denver Locals Group with Matt Meldrum, a successful real estate and lifestyle brand that highlights the unique perspective and insider knowledge of Denver's most popular neighborhoods. Together with her Austin business partners, Madison is now expanding the Locals Group brand to the dynamic and fast-growing Austin, Texas market with their incredible team.
