Margie Faze is a driven, bilingual, real estate professional with extensive residential and new home sales experience. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a double bachelor's degree in 1999, she fell in love and married her fiancé who introduced her to the field of luxury real estate. They moved to Las Vegas where the real estate market was booming. Margie seized the opportunity, obtaining her Nevada real estate license in 2001 followed by her broker's license shortly after. She began her career working with Pulte Homes in pre-construction sales where she sold five homes in the first month and continued to break records in the market earning top accolades from her managers and peers. For the next seven years she would continue to expand her knowledge and expertise both in pre-construction and general real estate sales.
During the market downturn in 2008 Margie used her entrepreneurial skills to reinvent herself opening a successful fitness company, competing, and winning two national fitness titles, and traveling the country as the National Body-for-LIFE and EAS Ambassador. Born in Havana and raised in Miami, Margie grew up loving the ocean. It was her passion for this beautiful, vibrant city on the coast that led her to sell the company and move back to South Florida. Today she lives with her husband, children, and a new puppy in the Bayside Historic District just a few feet from Miami Bay.
