The most awesome realtor ever! Mae is supremely professional, knowledgeable and forthright. Our house sale went so smoothly I still am giddy with happiness! Her guidance was invaluable, we were able to stay in constant contact, ask as many questions as we wished (as we were new to the real estate process, sometimes the same question more than once) and she explains every nuance of the process as it happens. Mae is patient, thorough and knows Sequim better than anyone. We are so glad we hired her and highly recommend you do as well. You won't be sorry!

WOW!!! And there is no way to express that any other way. Mae was absolutely outstanding. She took time away during a business trip to interview over the phone with me and answered all the questions I had , which made my decision very easy. She never "Sugar Coated" anything and was always up-front and honest in her responses, advice and recommendations. Anytime I needed to talk to her, she was always available and very responsive to any question I had. Since I was not able to be in town to take care of all of the little details with the sale of the house, she took care of just about everything. Without her taking care of all those details, the sale of the house would have been extremely difficult. All the contractors she hired did an amazing job on getting the house ready for the market. A 5-Star rating does not do Mae justice. If I could give her a 100+ star rating I would. Anyone who is looking at hiring an agent to sell or buy a home in western Washington, they would be in good hands with Mae. Looking somewhere else for a different agent, would be a mistake. There is no way to say thank you enough for everything Mae did.

Mae Graves was the best realtor I could have asked for .I simply told her what we were looking for and she stayed on it .she sent lots of places for me to look at in the price range we asked for...she didn't seem like she was in it for here $ she actually wanted all parties to be happy with the sell. Mae, I'm stunned. It looks gorgeous. You and Elijah did a great job. The house hasn't looked this good since we first moved in on Apr 4, 2004. Thank you for all of your hard work. I love it. Mae lives up to her reputation and then some. She mostly worked with my son and was so helpful and professional and we both very impressed with her skill and work ethic. When I first met Mae it was that she made a phone call to me to me and it was a fluke I believe ; but now I think my angels sent her to me! This woman became my guardian angel and although I didn't buy a house through her, I ended up buying a home in Olympia Washington because I couldn't find anything in this area that was in my price range, she remained there for me and helped me through the process. If you want someone who is going to be right there at your side every moment to help you through this process Mae Graves is the one for you.
She will go and beyond anything I've ever seen as far as helping and communicating with you I found her to be quite personable, very affluent and very knowledgeable of the area . Very up on what is out there and very helpful to your situation and I can't say enough about Mae, she is to me the best thing that I've seen in a real estate agent; and I've purchased now four homes.

I bought 24 acres of vacant timber land on Blue Mountain about 26 years ago. I fell in love with the land, the trees, and the view. Due to health issues in my family, I was unable to build my dream home as planned. I decided to sell the land last Fall. I interviewed three realtors to list the land, but I was still uncertain about them. Then I met Mae Graves, and I immediately knew she was the right one. Mae is absolutely delightful. She is full of energy, very knowledgeable about Port Angeles area, and always available to answer questions -- and I had lots of questions. She was always patient and very pleasant to work with. She did an amazing job of listing our property. She had drone aerial photos taken and placed them on the web. The photos were stunning and really showed the beauty of our land. Mae Graves is a total professional, and a very fun, amiable person -- always smiling, laughing and a positive person to be around. Believe me when I say, you should hire Mae Graves to list/sell/buy real estate. I received the sales price I was asking for, and the property sold in 3 months time. Mae walked the property, posted for sale signs, made herself available to show the acreage, and always kept me informed. You won't go wrong hiring Mae Graves. She is an absolute peach of person.

Where to start with the amazing Mae! I reached out to her in August saying my mom was looking to move to Port Angeles and wanted to see some houses. Did my mom have her current house sold? Loan approval? A Mortgage Officer? Nope! But that didn't stop Mae from diving right in to help my mom see what was on the market, get connected to a local finance officer, help her understand when she would be ready to start making offers, and all the while she still took the time to show us properties just so she could help my mom figure out what she even wanted to buy. We could text Mae about a property and she would get back to us with the full inside scoop within a day - she seems to know everyone and had such great insights on neighborhoods, pricing history, days on market, everything.

And that was all before my mom even was ready to put in an offer! And once she found her house, Mae came out swinging for her in every direction. Handled the Inspection, calls to the title company, talked with surveyors and roofers, coordinated financial stuff, negotiated with the buyer - all the standard stuff I suppose but she always seemed three steps ahead at every turn. And even when my mom felt we had a deal, Mae said let's do just a little bit better and saved my mom another 5K. She saw the space to do it without hurting anything, and it's just those little moves that made everything so easy for us.

I would absolutely recommend Mae to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We were having to clear out and sell my mother's home in Sequim to move her down to CA. So everything we did was long distance in short periods of time. Mae was able to help facilitate contacts for us for repairs of the house, and clearing it, which would have been very complicated for us being out of state. This made it much easier, although it got bumpy a few times. She helped us get the best price and quickest sale, thus relieving us of a complicated burden.

Mae has been our real estate agent on multiple transactions. She is one of the hardest working agents I have met. During our last investment journey we looked outside of the area. Mae was kind enough to put us in contact with other agents in that area that were more knowledgeable. We ended up buying locally because the agents we were working with were terrible and constantly dropped the ball. Mae is on top of everything and I am the type of person who likes to be in control, she is very good at giving and taking and allowing me to handle what I want to handle and then she will remind me of pieces I have forgotten to do. She has contacts for every field that you may need and they answer her call when she calls. That speaks a lot about how colleagues view their relationships as well. Mae was their Real Estate agent and the houses she picked for them to look at were perfect. My parents narrowed it down to one beautiful house on the hill. Mae made the transaction smooth and easy.
