It took my husband and me several years to find the perfect location! We closed on it today. If I were a real estate broker, I wouldn’t have taken a client like myself very seriously since no matter what we saw, we weren’t happy with it. Magdalena never gave up on us and showed us everything we asked to see. She couldn’t have been more patient. And I, who can be incredibly difficult to work with because I’m very fussy, found her to be wonderful. My husband and I are very grateful to her and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Magdalena is such an exceptional realtor. She swiftly sold my elderly parents’ home in Cortlandt Manor because of her vast knowledge of the market and the area. She beautifully prepped and staged the house and the pictures she posted in the listing were so professionally done. I was also incredibly happy with the attorney she recommended. I met several realtors as I looked at listings and then met Magdalena who took the experience to the next level, instantly understanding my goals and used her experience to help me define and make great decisions, to lead to the most positive outcome. I am selective and recognized also working within a difficult real estate environment and Magdalena met every opportunity and question quickly, thoroughly, generously (always my best interest in mind) welcoming and such a pleasure to speak with. Magdalena was incredibly helpful as we navigated buying our first home. During our initial consultation phone call, we told her our hopes and she was able to give us a realistic timeline for when we might find a house. During showings, she was professional, answered all our queations, and was easy to talk to.
When we found a home after a few weeks, she coached us on what to offer and thanks to her input, we got the house we wanted. She then walked us through the house-buying process step by step and was always quick to respond to us when we had questions.

My husband and I were thrilled to find Magdelena. She was referred to us when we started our home search in upper Westchester and Putnam Counties. She was immediately accommodating, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Aside from booking an array of in person tours, when I became pregnant, she was ready to accommodate with virtual tours.

Magdelena was also honest with her opinion about how she thought a property would suit us, which we greatly appreciated. While our search took us out of state she was STILL very responsive with our inquiries and concerns...she became more of an ally to us and her opinion was invaluable.

Our house hunt happened to coincide with the 2020 global pandemic (the most chaotic time to look for a house and a super competitive housing market) but Magdalena actually made it pain-free and enjoyable. She was super flexible and responsive about setting up showings (even last minute showings). We ended up seeing a total of 57 houses with her over the span of 5+ months! I met Magdalena at the beginning of the year. My condo was listed last year with another Realtor but did not sell. The minute Magdalena got the listing she became very proactive in preparing the condo, taking professional pictures, handling the listing and doing virtual tours.
