Amazing Experience!! No better proof than 29 days from listing to closing.

Maggie and her Team, especially Christina, went well beyond what I've experienced with any realtor. It started with recommendations on what to improve, what was not worth the investment to improve, to an awesome drone video to hooking me up with a really good attorney. I can't imagine using anyone else in the future. You'll know exactly how I feel the first time you talk with Maggie. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I can't thank Maggie and her team enough for their guidance on purchasing my first home. They were there for me every step of the way and would constantly check up on me and go over everything with me. As a first time home buyer, a lot of what was presented to me was new and confusing. If you are looking for a one stop team to get things done, look no further. In less than 4 weeks we found our place and closed on it. We knew what we wanted and Maggie and her team did the rest. I'm grateful my brother recommended Maggie to us. Not only did she help my brother get his house but she was able to help us as well. Thanks to Maggie, my family and I were able to move into our new Home ! If it wasn't for the way Maggie gave us the tour we would have just looked right past and wouldn't have seen it for what it was. She opens all the blinds in the house and helps us imagine every bit of living and how our family would really enjoy the space the house offered. She pointed things out that we never thought of looking at. She was so patient with us and knew exactly what we wanted and needed for our family. Not only did she do that for us but also showed us that she did care for us, and made us feel like only clients during our times. She wanted to make sure the house we picked was the place we would call HOME. Maggie and her assistant Mary made sure they stayed connected with us during the process no matter how many houses they had us book for until we found the one. We are grateful for that. I would give 10 stars if I could. Maggie and her team were more than incredible. I had heard that she was one of the best in the business and not only does she live up to her reputation, she goes above and beyond. Maggie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and charismatic. Her and her team made the process easy to understand and she was very transparent. We did not once feel lost and her insight was of great value to us. I’m no expert at selling a home and buying one, but you know who is, Maggie Antillon Mathews! I was extremely lucky that my sister knew Maggie and directed me to her for help in this process.
