Maggie’s passion for analyzing properties and helping others has led her into an amazing career in real estate. She has had the opportunity to study the field in depth, taking many classes beyond what is required for a real estate license, and she holds active licenses in both Hawaii and California. Maggie has had personal experience with investing in rental properties and managing her own short term and long-term rentals. She is also a certified short sale and foreclosure resource through the National Association of Realtors. This has added much value to what she brings to her clients; from teaching the basics to negotiating difficult transactions. She truly enjoys the full circle journey of helping people achieve the results they want in real estate.
