I had a very nice & smooth experience with Maggy from the 1st touchbase, to viewing different listings until the listing we made an offer.
With her tons of experience in this field, it was truly beneficial for me as a FTH and Maggy really guided me thru the whole process.
I ended up getting the offer I put.
She is always on top of everything to the point you dont have to monitor & worry and Maggy will give you updates every now and then.
With this, my closing period has been achieved on time.
She has also well observed the proper protocol of COVID-19 in viewing in person etc.

Selling real estate in 2020 really showcased who is who in the Real Estate world.
We had our property listed originally with another agency and it sat on the market thru a number of price reductions with no quality offers.
Maggy's approach was very energetic and practical. She put a lot of emphasis on the upfront market research and staging while educating us on the various selling strategies.
The house pictures were fantastic!
She was always available to us and under her guidance and greet collaboration with other agents we closed in 14 days.

Maggy was my agent twice - once we bought our house 17 years ago and now, once we are selling the very same house.
She was good then, but definitely gained a lot of experience for the last 17 years - she navigates with easy the process of selling the house. Due to her expertise, the house was put in a beautiful condition - she brought herself newly ordered paintings and stuff in order to make it looks even better than before. She has a great taste and also knew precisely how everything should be organized in order to attract the customers.
She advised us very wisely not to hike the initial price and this was very much the winning strategy for us as the people flocked for 6 days to see our house and we had plenty of great offers to choose from. The final selling price was 12% (!!!) higher, which was quite more than our best expectation. And no contingencies. Besides we're able to sell the house fast, as we were departing overseas and didn't have much time.
So the experience was great and the least painful of the usually hard process of dealing with real estate. And compared to 17 years ago, almost all the documents are signed on e-mail, so it is very quick and easy.
I highly recommend Maggy as a real estate agent - she is a top professional.

I am writing this review on my experience with Maggie Slavova. My family was in need of a Relator, to handle the sale of my Grandmothers home. It was a complicated Trust sale with multiple people involved. Maggie listened to all parties involved in the transaction. She was extremely informative, kind and honest. Selling any property can be such a stressful thing to go through. Maggie made the process so much easier for all of us. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We recently bought a house in Grover Beach and Maggy was our realtor. Maggy was exceptionally professional and competent throughout this, as it it turned out, quite lengthy and tiring process. Her background as a lawyer helped us make sense of the complexity of the documents.
