Buying a house during the pandemic was a nothing short of a tough time, but having Mahender as our agent definitely made the experience a smooth ride.

Since we were completely new to the house buying space, he guided us through every step including location, type of home and even various costs of upgrading an old home vs buying a new home.

He's always been honest with his opinions, never pushed for anything and has been really co-operative of our last minute house viewing schedules. He's very easy to communicate with and has been prompt in replying to all our questions. Even at times when we felt disappointed in missing out on an offer, Mahender was very supportive and that really kept us optimistic in finding a better home soon.

Putting an offer and finally closing on our dream home was a wonderful experience. He had a good instinct on what kind of offers and contingencies to keep or waive, that helped us secure the home we liked. His recommendation of the mortgage lender turned out to be really efficient and we had seamless experience securing a loan.

We definitely recommend working with Mahender if you're looking to buy a home for your family.

Mahender has been an amazing agent in our home buying process. This is our 3rd time buying and Mahender is by far the best agent we have had. He is knowledgeable of the current market and helped us navigate the house search during this current COVID situation. He has always been accessible, patient with our requests and questions and focused on finding the right house and has never been pushy or hurried us.
