Mike Nooraei is the epitome of what dedication is. His journey began in his younger years in telecommunication sales, where charisma and relationship-building played a strong role.

Throughout this time Mike developed a keen understanding that business is driven by your ability to connect with people. Regardless of how amazing a product or service may be, long term growth for any business is about people. It is about building connections with your teammates, your clients, friends, and family. They are the lifeblood of your business.

Pursuing the answer to that question of “How can I do better,” he later found himself on the road towards obtaining his real estate license to become a practicing real estate agent.

Teaming up with Mustafa Tinawi, the two founded Luxe Realty Group together where they combined their passion, motivation, and dedication towards building a future and creating opportunities for themselves and for those around them.
