Maki represented the buyers in our recently closed For-Sale-by-Owners transaction. As first time sellers we were somewhat nervous about navigating the waters of DIY home sales without the help of our own agent due to family circumstance. Thankfully the buyers had an amazing agent in Maki whose diligent work and prompt communications alleviated our anxiety and ensured that we received a flawlessly smooth closing. We appreciate the fact that she provided a Transaction Summary soon after the contract is executed which clearly lays out the due dates of each due diligence items and identifies the steps of what we can expect to happen next. It was a great help to be able to visualize how the transaction is to happen and know that we had professional help covering all the bases. Throughout the entire process she was quick to respond to questions and concerns, and was able to offer guidance and solutions. We highly recommend Maki Arai.

The agent, Maki Arai, worked really hard to get our house sold in record time, and at a price higher than we asked. She even spent time helping us cleaning up. Hard-working, devoted, considerate, and efficient. What a nice real estate agent!
