It has been my pleasure to having been involved in Real Estate for over ten years now. There is not a day which goes by that something new comes up. That is one of the fun aspects of the business.
Education is a very important part is Real Estate. Laws change. New software programs become available. This is a very important part as to provide the very best to customers. If there is a situation that I dont have an answer, I will find it out.
I currently serve as the 2015 President of the Deming Luna County Board of Realtors. It has been an unbelievably awarding time. I am learned so much and had the opportunity to meet many at the state level of this business. During my time as president, I have successfully fulfilled the newly implemented Core Standards for the National Association of Realtors. A Strategic Plan was put in place and all was completed satisfactorily to continue our Charter. We were required to implement an incredibly updated set of Social Media sites. Including as web site. It was also highly suggested that community work be more involved and documented. In my term as President contributions to RPAC have increased as well as participation in Realtor Party.
I had the pleasure of putting together a meeting having RANM State President Baro come meet with us. We also included a New Broker Orientation which we had not had in some time.
