Hi! I’m Malinda. I was born and raised in the Richmond area and currently live in Mechanicsville with my wonderful husband. We have two beautiful daughters, both of whom are married and have their own families. One lives north of the city and the other lives south, which means I spend a lot of time on the road. That also means I tend to see new listings, new homes, and available lots before other agents do.
I graduated from VCU with an art degree, so I have a really good eye for making things beautiful—especially homes. Because of my expertise in this area, I’ve been able to provide my clients with simple decorating and staging tips that have made their homes more appealing and have led to faster sales.
In the past, I have worked in graphic design, printing, marketing, and hospitality, which are some of the same skills required to market and sell a home effectively. I’m also a stickler for details, so I rarely miss anything important.
