Malisa worked with The Keyes Company prior to joining Lokation Real Estate. Before joining The Keyes Company, Malisa was a Vice President of Finance and CFO with an established 15-year history of working for companies involved in dairy manufacturing, food distribution, agriculture, and real estate investments.

Malisa's vast corporate knowledge and investment expertise provide investors with a unique advantage in their current market conditions. She has extensive experience purchasing and selling companies, acquiring manufacturing facilities, and obtaining warehouse and industrial leases. She is also highly skilled at negotiating leases and contracts with property owners as well as overseeing the construction planning process. Malisa's experience also involves financial statement audits, IRS tax filings, securing and managing debt financing, and creating strategic business plans to improve market share.
