We were moving here to Silver Springs and when visiting to see the area we kept seeing the Berney Realty signs. When we got back home to Issaquah WA I called them and Gwen Lister responded with in a few minutes. Man I am glad she did. It was wonderful to know that she had showings lined up for us to do before we even got back into town. We did not get the first homes we looked at but the 4th one was the one and we are so pleased. We put offer in on the 20th of Sept. And we moved in today the 6th of October. She is great to work with and is always smiling. She had our backs during the entire process and bring from Wa we got a good explanation as to the workings here. She was always available to answer our stupid questions and never left us hanging. We would suggest and highly recommend her and Berney Reality. Thanks Gwen. You are a rock star.

Shannon Nelson was the seller's agent when we purchased our house 3 years go. She stepped up and took over the buyers duties and helped us when our agent flaked out at the end. Y not showing up to the walk through, etc... Jump forward 3 years. We are doing remodeling on our home and I wanted another opinion. I called Shannon. She remembered who I was and took the time to talk to about our plans to remodel. I wanted to make sure we are going to get our money back down the road if we decide to sell our house. She was sweet and professional. I would highly recommend Shannon Nelson as your agent.

My husband and I just recently bought a house in Fallon. We worked with Cari Norcutt and found her to be pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area and of the real estate market. We searched forever trying to find the right property for us and Cari was so helpful and accommodating. She showed us several properties, all of which were wonderful, just not quite what we were looking for. She was patient and persistent and at the end of the experience we realized how thankful we were for having such a great buying experience. Like making any major purchase in life, it can be a stressful time, but we never felt that way mostly because Cari had a great attitude and never made us doubt our decision to buy.

I’d like to say that my overall experience with Berney Reality was satisfying.
I had emailed several realtors on a couple properties I was interested in and sadly enough I had only gotten one response back.
That response was from Shannon Nelson, at Berney Reality.
Shannon was a pleasure to work with for many reasons; she understands your needs and wants, she is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly and most importantly non-judgmental. like I said, she was the only response I had received and she responded fast.
