Mandy was recommended to us by several family friends to help sell our first home. From the very first moment we met her, we knew she was the perfect fit. She is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, genuine, and warm. We had some bad luck throughout the process, and we honestly could not have navigated this experience without her. She was so responsive and her positive attitude and sense of humor were a gift. She not only was our agent, but she became our friend, and if we hadn't moved three hours away, we would have used her to buy a new house.

I cannot say enough how much we adore this human. She not only is wonderful at her job, but she is an all around great person and anyone would be lucky to work with her. Thanks for everything, Mandy! We appreciate all you did for us more than you know.

We were returning "customers" after having had a great experience with Mandy on the sale of another local property. Consider yourself lucky if you use Mandy Montford as your realtor. My husband and I used Mandy to sell our home in Crystal Lake. This was the fourth house we have sold, in four different states, so we have experience working with realtors.
We interviewed Mandy approximately 18 months prior to the sale and we knew immediately that she was the right one. During the 18 months prior to the listing she stayed in touch by occasionally checking in to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed from her. We discussed ahead of time the things we were considering to make the house more marketable. During this process, all of Mandy’s input was very thoughtfully considered and she was always respectful. She is very knowledgeable about the market in this area so we listened to her ideas, and she too took into consideration our input and ideas. The end result was a great success and we couldn’t have been happier!

We had an absolutely stellar experience using Mandy Montford as our real estate agent when selling our home. Mandy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, process and procedures but even more important she has a strong work ethic and a communication style that puts her clients first. Mandy is amazing!!!! My husband and I just closed on our first home. We were living out of state which I thought would complicate things, but Mandy made the entire experience wonderful! We only had a couple open weekends to come look at houses and she made herself available for the entire weekend to make it worth the trip.

She has a great eye for little details and pointed out things we would have missed. Mandy gave great advice when looking at houses and when we were ready to put in an offer. Throughout this process we had a ton of questions and she would respond quickly to phone calls, emails, and texts.

We are very thankful that Mandy helped us buy our first home! She’s awesome and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

My wife and I had the good fortune of working with Mandy both on the sell side and buy side. In both of our experiences she exceeded our expectations. We listed our house with her in the spring of 2020 and the process flowed so smoothly that it was the best experience I had in real estate. Mandy was really efficient at moving through all the steps necessary to get it on the market. She produced best in class marketing materials (which honestly made us want to buy our house again!) and hit all the right sales channels (digital and traditional), so we were having showings in no time. I was impressed with how she took ownership of the sales process and managed it so aptly. It was like she was many steps ahead of us and when we thought of something, she had already taken care of it. I found that her broad experience, knowledge of the market and attention to detail quickly build my trust in her. Another interesting part of our experience with Mandy was that we always felt like we were her only clients. She always had time for us, always replied promptly and this made the whole process a breeze. Moreover, she was always very helpful and a couple of times stopped by our house to turn on lights before a showing when we were out of town. Selling a house is a big deal and usually involves large sums. I've traditionally been very involved in the process to make sure I got the best deal possible. With Mandy, quickly noticed we had someone so good at what they do, that I could relax and focus on the other things (like moving). She helped us get a great deal and navigate a complex situation with multiple bids. In the end I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely use Mandy a 3rd and 4th and 5th time!

We recently sold our home this summer. It was a very daunting prospect for us, and quite honestly, we expected our home to take a bit of time to sell given the history of other homes in our area and price range. Much to our surprise, our home sold within the first week of listing it! We credit all of this to Mandy! As someone who was completely new to the entire home-buying process, Mandy was able to help me at every step of the way.
