As a Grand Junction native, Mandy’s extensive knowledge about all parts of Mesa County, as well as Montrose and Delta, was invaluable. Seeing homes in these local cities and towns provided great insight and clarification on what area was right for us. She educated us on things common to Mesa County (irrigation, soil conditions, etc.), which helped us prepare for our new chapter here. She made a deliberate effort to understand what we were looking for in a house/property. She wanted our feedback after each showing in order to get a solid grasp on our wish list and she was very patient when we weren't sure of those wants and needs ourselves!
