About Mandy

Mandy Williams began her journey into real estate in 2019 and has since helped dozens of home buyers and sellers in the sale and purchase of their homes. As a Homewood resident and Birmingham native, Mandy specializes in the sale of new and existing homes throughout the Birmingham-Metro area.

Having overseen marketing and public relations campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S. in her previous career, Mandy uses her extensive marketing knowledge to the benefit of her real estate clients.

Mandy is also known as “The Foodie Realtor”, as she is the founder of the popular local food blog, Foodies of Birmingham. She enjoys a large spectrum of cuisines, from multi-course meals at fine dining establishments to local gems hiding inside of gas stations and food trucks. She started Foodies of Birmingham after seeing a need in Birmingham for a more comprehensive food guide that offers an in-depth look at some of the cuisine offerings of local restaurants. Mandy is an alumnus of Birmingham-Southern College, where she studied classical music performance and UAB Graduate School, where she studied communication management. She remains connected to her background in classical music as an active member of Opera Birmingham, where she performs in an occasional opera production.

Mandy and her husband, Johnathan, reside in Homewood with their two children: Isabella and Liam. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys attending Homewood High School football games, dining at the many restaurants in Birmingham, and partaking in outdoor adventures with her family and four Scottish terriers.
