As I sit here in my new house and think back over the process, the main person I have to thank is Maneja Houchin, Samson Properties. From day one Maneja worked with us to understand our needs and determine the best way to meet them. She was so personable and immediately felt like family. She explained the process in simple terms and walked us through step-by-step. She took on all the aggravations and tried to eliminate as much stress as possible. I can’t think of a way that the process could have been smoother and that’s all down to Maneja. I would, and will, recommend her to friends, family and anyone else facing the home-buying process. I am so grateful for everything she has done for us!!

Mrs. M. Houchin and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. She took one of the most complicated and stressful undertakings for a first time home buyer and made it seem seamless and absolutely rewarding. She was very professional, efficient, and most of all, patient. She was always available and kept in great contact with me through the entire process, providing detailed review and explanation of every action that I need to take and every document I needed to sign.
