Manny is the only person you should call! Manny went way above and beyond in selling a condo that was inherited. Manny had it sold before its first showing. He was extremely helpful with the entire process. Walked us through every step. Manny was always available for any questions we had. Not living in the area, he was able to unload all the contents of the property, which saved us long trips back and forth. I’d always like to acknowledge the closing company that we worked with, not sure if that’s who he always uses, but they were amazing! If we ever move to Florida, he would be the only person we would call. Thank you Manny!!

An Exceptional Home Buying Experience. When I took a new job, requiring relocation to FL, I knew it was going to be an enormous task to navigate the home buying process in FL, with rising interest rates / sales prices and limited inventory. Not only that, I had a house to prepare for market and sale in AL, not to mention the logistics of the move itself. It was going to be a complicated ballet that involved simultaneous closings. I first selected Manny del Valle as my agent in FL. What a wonderful decision that was. He has such an incredible network of partners across all aspects of the home buying / sales landscape. Not only that, he goes the extra mile on anything he does. He was instrumental in researching and making recommendations for my decision on a local AL agent to help me sell my house there. All the agents he recommended for me (I interviewed all of them) were great, and the one I selected helped me make $100K more than I would have otherwise. I had a tight window to find a house in FL (and the housing market here is crazy). Manny's real-time knowledge of market conditions was key. Not only did we find the perfect home, but his advice was instrumental to us negotiating a very favorable deal. Manny was also instrumental in introducing me to a great FL mortgage broker who got me the best financing package possible and made hitting all the milestones very easy. Homeowners insurance is a nightmare in FL, but again, Manny introduced me to a good agent who did a great job for me. Same with recommendations for a mover and a housecleaner. At every turn, and through every aspect of this monumental move, Manny was there. We pulled off simultaneous closings on a Wednesday, movers arrived on Friday, we were in our new home on Saturday, and movers brought our things on Sunday. It was like military precision. This would not have happened without Manny's tireless work. If you are looking for a true professional that goes above and beyond, Manny's your agent.

Manny is great at his job and passionate about helping his clients. We used Manny as our real estate agent when we purchased our new home that was built by Highland Homes. Manny used his knowledge, skills, and network throughout the entire process from site selection to final closing. His advice was insightful and helpful. We used the construction inspector he recommended to ensure our new home was built properly, nothing was left to chance, and that nothing was missed by the county inspectors. This alone would have been worth the money just for the peace of mind, but it also helped lower our homeowner’s insurance and added additional warranties to our new home. Manny made the process easy to understand and explained the steps, so we knew what was happening along the way and what needed to be done next. I will not hesitate to use Manny again when the time comes to sell and/or purchase another home.

I think that Manny del Valle is one of the best realtors in Orlando Florida for BOTH listings and buying. He has assisted buyers with showings in Orlando, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Winter Garden, the Villages, Tampa, Miami, and more just to name a few. I know that Manny can do and has done listings all over the state. I have had the pleasure of working with him and know that he is INCREDIBLE. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. In the sea of realtors where it feels like everyone knows one or is related to one Do Not hesitate to reach out to him and give him an opportunity to represent you as a seller of your home, buy your first home, or buy your forever home. Wow what an impressive job Manny did to show my wife and I the Orlando metro area and all the great options we have to our journey back to Orlando. I lived in Orlando during the 90's and been back a few times to visit friends, so I thought of course I know Orlando and where I want to live when I move back right??!!! OMG no !!! I first reached out to Manny as I wanted to have my wife to see Orlando from a different set of eyes. WOW Orlando has changed in such a great way and so many cool places to live from the time I lived three. I was so impressed with Manny's knowledge for not jut knowing Orlando but giving us so much information and options when making our future investment and home in Orlando. Manny del Valle was highly recommended by an acquaintance and I’m very grateful for the referral. He’s a real pleasure to work with and restored my faith in realtors. He always kept me well informed and was quick in responding to my questions/concerns. He gave me lots of good advice on how to prepare house for sale which was very helpful. The “staging” he provided for the property was remarkable and top notch. It really enhanced appearance and style of my home thus photos and video turned out great. His wonderful personality and marketing strategies brought three offers within 36 hours of signs being placed in yard and online listing. It sold for 6k over asking price! Manny is everything you can ask for in a realtor. He's reliable, always accessible, quick to return calls and hunt down information, and patient. He's not constantly putting pressure on you to make the deal so he can jump to the next one; instead, he really puts himself in his client's shoes, helps the client understand the market and his strategy and the various economic and financial consequences. Manny LISTENS to his clients; many realtors do not. He really cares about his clients and his community, as he donates to a non-profit of the client's choosing with every transaction.
