Its true they are open 24hrs. From the beginning of my family's encounter with Advance Realty, I knew we were Blessed. Manny was a great business partner. We were potentially one step short of being the world’s most difficult buyer, and Manny never stopped smiling and encouraging us through to all. A snippet of the stuff they had to deal with: 1) Me going back and forth between investment property vs. primary for about 3-4 months and seeing ALL types of properties before finally landing on primary. 2) Bringing my dad, husbands dad, my mom, his sister, an aunt, and our dog for the ride and open houses. And inspection, of course. 3) Seeing 20 properties in one go, every other weekend, for about 6 months, about an hour away from them. 4) Last minute changes to schedules 5) Debates between me and my husband about what houses we liked 6) Problems with closing including finding errors on closing docs and negotiating with sellers. Manny & Christina will go the extra mile for you, and they have great strategies for negotiating. Also there will be many jokes along the way!!

I would highly recommend Manny. He is a fantastic realtor that helped me and a couple of my friends. He’s extremely energetic and clearly loves what he does which makes me want to do more and work more with him. He made me feel like I was the most important person in his life through the entire buying process with constant updates and feedback. Manny also informed me of market conditions and the best plan of action to buy in this market. In doing so, we were able to land a deal that was better than even I was expecting.

Manny definately knows the real estate business and it shows when he takes on the sale of your property.From start to finish he is always in control. I have just met him about a month ago and he has become a good friend who goes out his way to produce a great settlement. I will be selling my current house in the near future and purchase another house. Of course Manny will be my go to agent for all my real estate needs. You cannot go wrong with his expertise. Manny was great with the entire process of purchasing a home. He explained everything to me in lame terms to be able to make educated decisions when searching for a home. He helped me get a pre approval with his team. This was great for knowing my budget, we made a detailed game plan for attacking this crazy market!! He works hard for his clients in all aspects. He really does work overtime for his clients. I’ve texted multiple questions and concerns all hours of the night. Always had a positive attitude and answer all my questions, or told me he would find out and get back to me. I’ve recommended him to a number of my friends, one of which are already under contract! If you get a house with out Manny in this market that’s your first mistake!
